Responsible for making sure Surgical Specialty Hospital of Arizona is clean, including turning over patient rooms as patients are discharged. Assisting in the cleanliness of hospital overall as well as the medical office buildings on campus.

This position is responsible for floor maintenance of the hospital; to include:  stripping, waxing, polishing, and buffing all floors.  Carpets to be cleaned and polished by use of chemicals and floor machines.

D.A. sanders
Body Files
Bondo application
Sanding and filing
Preparing and cleaning all surfaces prior to paint.

Job will last for 2-3 weeks, 8 hrs per day. No work on 12/14, 12/25, 12/31 and 1/1.

Assembly Mechanic for SCAS (Systems, Controls, Accessories & Services)  to support the disassembly, cleaning, repairing, overhaul, modifications and assembly of APU and Engine components.  Must have the technical knowledge to determine the extent of the malfunction, damage, or wear.  Be able to work with Maintenance Manuals, Component Maintenance Manuals, Written Instructions,  and Engineering Orders.  Set up and perform bench checks as required and some functional checks necessary to verify repair is complete.   Fill out all paperwork accurately as required.  Maintain a safe and clean work area.  Perform all other duties as assigned.  This is a day shift position.

Job Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will utilize engineering skills and electrical transmission/distribution experience to identify and implement power systems solutions in industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities. Individual will be responsible for identifying a variety of customer power systems engineering opportunities including: performing onsite investigations of existing power systems, collecting and analyzing power system data, performing engineering design for problem mitigation or facility upgrades, performing engineering studies related to grid connections of customer onsite generation including solar power facilities, performing engineering analysis and economic evaluations, performing short circuit, protective coordination, and arc flash studies, and preparing and presenting technical reports of findings and recommendations. Candidate will have the demonstrated capability of working successfully on and leading project teams. Candidate will also demonstrate excellent consulting, electrical engineering analysis, troubleshooting, facilitating, and oral and written communications skills. Requirements: - 5+ years electrical transmission/distribution power systems engineering design including engineering studies and solutions - Monitoring and testing of power and energy systems - Experience with electric power, short-circuit, protective coordination, arc flash analysis, electric system installations and upgrades, codes and standards, plant safety - Excellent attitude toward providing system solutions to customer problems - Proven skills in written and oral communication of technical topics - BSEE or MSEE degree; Professional Engineer certification preferred - Microsoft Office (or equivalent); SKM power systems analysis and AutoCAD experience preferred. - Demonstrated project team skills; ability to successfully implement electrical transmission/distribution engineering design solutions, ability to successfully perform on-site investigations of industrial power system issues and recommend options for mitigation.

The Associate Firstline Technician provides first line maintenance for ATMs, maintenance on retail point of sale equipment, plus related PC and PC peripherals.  Additionally, provide scheduled cleanings and other basic maintenance on conventional products such as locks, vaults, etc, and special project work, as needed.  Perform basic installation and minor repairs on all Diebold products and services.  This position may require the use of basic hand tools and limited parts and a basic understanding of PC, PC peripherals and network connectivity.   Essential Functions include: Basic trouble shooting to include: Prioritizing and planning service calls. Contacting customer with the estimated time of arrival Escalating problems when appropriate Reassigning calls when appropriate Accurately report service data. Interact in a professional manner with customers to foster positive customer relations. Follow key/alarm/combination control processes in assigned area of responsibility. Support service technicians in performing preventative maintenance inspections on conventional products.  Maintain effective communication with Business Management Team and Service Technician Team members. Provide 'First Line Maintenance' on ATMs and retail products and devices  to include: On-site diagnosis of problem Other technical fixes such as clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc. Perform some minor maintenance on ATMs (e.g. replacing light bulbs, card reader belts, air filters, etc.)    Develop working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures. Complete equipment cleanings as specified by Diebold contracts. Perform basic installation functions (e.g. pulling cable, mounting devices, installing Mas-Hamilton locks).
